Growing up on a remote homestead in the mountains of northwestern British Columbia, I was blessed to be surrounded by a sea of wilderness. This early immersion in nature granted me a deep-rooted reverence for the land from which we all evolved, and instilled in me a passion to convey this importance to others.

Continuous childhood drawings became sculpture in my teens and then turned into acrylic on canvas. I briefly studied beneath the fluorescent lights of OCAD in Toronto, but my wanderlust won out, and new horizons have dominated the past decade. Recently I have had solo exhibitions in Paris and Spain, and group shows in England and New York, NY. My work can be seen at The Oracle in Whistler.

I desire to bring more beauty to the world, to uplift my fellow humans with colourful images of expansiveness and inspiration, and to assist in a necessary re balancing of civilization with the environment. I wish for people to recognise the beauty that they see before them as their own reflection. With this recognition should arise an awareness of the intrinsic connection of all life and the sacredness of the natural world.
